Orders are accepted and processed quickly in our system. If there is an error in your order, please contact Customer Service and we will work to find the best resolution. Can I return my order?
SYLVANIA accepts returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging. At this time, SYLVANIA can only accept returns purchased through our website Sylvania-Automotive.com. All purchases made through a retailer should be returned to their original place of purchase. Scroll to the Returns FAQ section of this page for more information about our return policy.

Can I exchange the item I ordered for another order?
We are sorry but we do not accept exchanges at this time. We suggest that you return your unused purchase back and place a new order at the same time. How do I view my order history?
To view your order history, login to your account in the upper right corner of the website. Once logged in, the my account page will have a section for you to view your order history.
Can I change my delivery address after I placed my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Please contact our customer service for the best resolution based on the status of your order.

When will my credit card be charged?
After you place your order, your card will be authorized for the total order amount. When your order is picked up by the shipment carrier, the transaction will be finalized and your credit card will be charged.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order is accepted into our ordering system the minute you hit submit. Below are our order cut-off times. Orders that are received after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped the following business day:
Standard Shipping: 4:00pm CST
Expedited Shipping: 2:00pm CST
SYLVANIA does not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Does Sylvania provide price adjustments?
No price adjustments can be made to any product purchase at this time.
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders based on the delivery option. Free standard shipping is offered for all orders over $50. Unless you specify an alternative delivery option, your order will ship via standard shipping.

Standard Shipping to AK or HI: $12.99
Please note: Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Delivery time depends on distance to the destination.
When will I receive my order?
Standard shipping orders received before 4pm CT on business days will typically ship that same day; orders received after 4pm CT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Expedited Shipping orders received before 2pm CT on business days will be shipped that same day; orders received after 2pm CT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

What are your shipping holidays?
Our warehouse is closed and will not process and ship orders on weekends or on the following holidays in 2021:

How do I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. If we are unable to ship your item, we will contact you to either make an alternate purchase or cancel your order for a full refund.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Your SYLVANIA website account will also be updated with the tracking information in the order history to show shipment tracking number(s).
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse located in Memphis, Tennessee.
What carrier do you use for shipment?
We have partnered with USPS, UPS and FedEx to ensure the quality delivery of your purchase. Standard shipping carrier will be selected based on your location and type of product being shipped to meet our delivery timeframes. For expedited delivery, an option will be provided for FedEx 2-day Air. Note that some of our products have restrictions on expedited air shipments, if this is the case, it will not be provided as an option during checkout.
Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A street address or PO Box is required for all deliveries. We cannot ship to military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Can I ship my order internationally?
Currently we only ship merchandise within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your SYLVANIA product for a full refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable.
How long do I have to return my item?
Returns should be shipped within 30 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your SYLVANIA purchase. We can only issue credit to the original form of payment.
What items are eligible for return?
All items purchased on Sylvania-Automotive.com are eligible for return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging in order to be accepted for a refund. We cannot accept returns on opened light bulb blister packs.
If your return is the result of a product malfunction and within our warranty period, please fill out our Warranty Claim form for a product replacement.
Can I return a Sylvania product I purchased in a store or through another online retailer?
At this time, SYLVANIA can only accept returns purchased through our website Sylvania-Automotive.com. All purchases made through a retailer should be returned to their original place of purchase.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
At this time, we cannot process exchanges. To replace your item(s), please initiate a return for a refund on the original purchase and place a new order online. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
